That gap pushed me to specialise deeply in infant sleep biology and evidence-based methodologies. I hold an undergraduate degree in Health & Human Sciences, am a double-certified paediatric sleep consultant, and have completed extensive postgraduate study in sleep science and evidence-based sleep practices. I am currently completing studies in Psychological Sciences, with a focus on child development, behaviour, and sleep.

At what age can I improve my baby's sleep?
I work with babies from birth through toddlerhood. While formal sleep training usually starts around 4–6 months, there are many gentle foundations we can lay well before that.
What qualifications do you have?
I’m an accredited paediatric sleep specialist and graduated university in 2022 with a degree in Health & Human Sciences. I have also completed postgraduate study in sleep science and stay up to date with the latest sleep research and safety guidelines.
How long does it take to experience results?
Many families see improvements within just a few days, but full results can take up to 2 weeks, depending on your child and consistency with the plan.
Is there a refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital and time-based services, refunds aren’t typically offered. But I’m committed to working closely with you to get results.
